The Name's Origin
Pure and strong, it was clear that this product should be named after a historical figure. The name comes from Buda, a prominent leader in the year 434, Hunnia. Buda, the son of Bendegúz, was a chief who had to share power from the outset with his warlike brother, Attila, who eventually succeeded him on the throne. He ruled for eleven years and, according to legends, was killed by Attila in 445.
"Once more with a roar, Etele leaps,
Plunging his sword shoulder-deep;
Face down, Buda lay, into dust he sank,
An eerie silence froze around him."
