Tüzes Mennykő Chili Sauce Duo
Tasting:

Our Tüzes Mennykő chili sauce won second place at the World Hot Sauce Awards in the American Chili World Championship in 2016, following the success of our Spirit of Attila chili sauce, which became world champion a year prior.
This sauce undergoes numerous processes before reaching your table, including cultivation, nurturing, harvesting, processing, cooking, pressing, and seasoning, all while preserving the unique characteristics of the peppers through special techniques. Crafted from secret, unique recipes, its value lies in these meticulous methods.
Its taste and aroma are dominant yet pleasant, making it an immediate favorite. Among our moderately spicy sauces, it is one of our most sought-after products. Mix it into mayonnaise or sour cream for a delicious dipping sauce. It's versatile enough to enhance fries, chips, salads, pizzas, or sandwiches.
Handcrafted in a small factory with carefully selected chili peppers, we prioritize quality and food safety throughout cultivation and processing. We ensure consistent taste and quality from bottle to bottle by adhering to precise recipes.

About the Ingredients:
Habanero thrives in warm areas with slightly acidic soil. Daily watering results in slower growth but similar yield and lower capsaicin concentration than plants watered weekly. Overly moist soil yields bitter-tasting peppers. As a perennial plant, Habanero can thrive and produce peppers year after year with proper care but dies each winter in temperate climates. It bears fruit continuously in tropical and subtropical regions.
Yamaciai Red offers a distinctive fruity flavor and a rich depth to the sauce, widely used in the Caribbean for sauce-making.
Jalapeno is ideal for those seeking a 'kick' without overwhelming their taste buds. It's a staple in Mexican, Thai, and Spanish cuisines, acting as the 'spice of life' for many dishes.
The Name's Origin:
Named after the famous Kaba meteorite, which gained worldwide attention upon discovery by a local farmer on April 15, 1857. Witnessed by Gábor Szilágyi, who initially dismissed the phenomenon until his horse was startled by the meteorite embedded in the ground. The community unearthed it, initially believing it might contain gold, but eventually donated it to the Reformed College of Debrecen.
The Kaba meteorite's value lies in its rapid transfer to experts without significant damage and its unique composition. This stony meteorite, containing carbon and chondrules, formed around the same time as our solar system, approximately 4.5 billion years ago, providing vital information about the solar system's formation.
