About the Ingredients:
The chili pepper's heat level is measured using the Scoville Heat Units (SHU) scale. With the right environment, both Dorset Naga and Ghost Chili can reach or exceed 1,000,000 SHU. Such high-heat chilies must be handled with care and respect.

Our Spirit of Attila chili sauce became a world champion at The World Hot Sauce Awards held in Louisiana, USA, which showcases the world's strongest sauces. Out of 284 entries from 109 manufacturers across 14 countries in 49 categories, Spirit of Attila won the top honor in the Hot Sauce/Hot category, one of only three categories with stronger entries. Made from two types of peppers, both former Guinness record holders in heat, Spirit of Attila is the leading product of our manufactory. While not the strongest, it is the most beloved by both Hungarian and international customers. Stronger sauces are categorized under X-Hot. "In the Ultra Hot group, European products rarely compete due to EU regulations on additives. Capsaicin can only be added naturally within the EU, whereas outside, extracted or synthetic capsaicin can be used, allowing these products to compete in the strongest category.
We competed in the most populous category, traditionally dominated by American winners. This year, three non-American countries placed, but only we won a category, making us very happy and proud.
