About the Ingredients:
Habanero thrives in warm regions with slightly acidic soil. Daily watering results in slower growth and lower capsaicin concentration than plants watered weekly. Excessively wet soil results in bitter peppers. As a perennial plant, Habanero can produce peppers for years with proper care, although it dies in moderate climates during winter. In tropical and subtropical regions, it bears fruit year-round.
Yamaciai Red is known for its distinct fruity flavor, lending a deep taste to the sauce. It's widely used for making sauces in the Caribbean.
Jalapeno is a perfect choice for those seeking a mild kick without overwhelming the taste buds. It's one of the most versatile culinary peppers, enhancing Mexican, Thai, and Spanish cuisines, among others.
Name Origin:
The sauce is named after the famous Kabai meteorite, discovered by a local farmer on April 15, 1857. The meteorite's story spread globally, and it's now preserved in the Reformed College of Debrecen. Its unique composition and swift arrival into expert hands make it extremely valuable. Containing carbon and chondrules, this stony meteorite offers insights into the solar system's formation, having originated around 4.5 billion years ago. It was analyzed by several institutions, including the MTA Atomki Hertelendi Ede Environmental Analytical Laboratory in Debrecen.
